Northrop Grumman - Space Park hosts state of the art microelectronics manufacturing capabilities, where material science and controlled processes merge to meet advanced mission requirements (commercial space being one we can talk about..)
Key Contributions - Internships
Mechanical drawing creation of subtrate and housing components for JPSS-1 (NOAA-20).
Performed eutectic soldering experiments, utilizing thermocouples and data acquisition systems, to characterize solder reflow and reduce voiding.
Designed universal fixtures for microelectronics, to allow dimensional flexibility and multi-part production.
